Vista Sotheby's

I would recommend Dave Poncia without hesitation! He assisted me with finding a rental and was professional, knowledgeable, quick to respond with time sensitive viewings and even researched the areas I was interested in to better understand what I was looking for. I recently found out that he assists with sales as well. If you're looking for an honest realtor who makes you feel like a priority, Dave's your guy!

David was highly attentive and made the process of purchasing a home easy. He helped us effectively navigate every twist and turn that the buying process threw our way. He is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell in the South Bay.

It was an all around phenomenal experience working with Dave to find our home. He truly went above and beyond, showing us around the area, and putting in countless hours of extra work to ensure we were satisfied. We will absolutely be working with him again in the future and highly recommend him to anyone looking for their perfect home in the South Bay, or anywhere for that matter.

How lucky am I to have found Dave Poncia. It was only by chance that I called to speak with someone at Sotheby's on a home for lease and he answered the telephone. He was so pleasant and helpful, I felt as though I had known him for years. More importantly, he instilled confidence throughout our initial conversation and in successfully helping me find the right home for my needs. He explained all the details of what to expect, was constantly sending lease opportunities, made excellent recommendations, considerate about my schedule and time and was always there throughout my search. Service is the primary attribute of the work I do so I don't take reviews lightly and think its important to recognize great work. I'm more than pleased to share with you that Dave Poncia is AWESOME. . .I would highly recommend him and he has my all future business and referrals. I realize 5 stars is the ultimate but in my estimation he is 6 stars and more! Thanks for this opportunity to share my thoughts. Candy Andrus
