How lucky am I to have found Dave Poncia. It was only by chance that I called to speak with someone at Sotheby's on a home for lease and he answered the telephone. He was so pleasant and helpful, I felt as though I had known him for years. More importantly, he instilled confidence throughout our initial conversation and in successfully helping me find the right home for my needs. He explained all the details of what to expect, was constantly sending lease opportunities, made excellent recommendations, considerate about my schedule and time and was always there throughout my search. Service is the primary attribute of the work I do so I don't take reviews lightly and think its important to recognize great work. I'm more than pleased to share with you that Dave Poncia is AWESOME. . .I would highly recommend him and he has my all future business and referrals.
