ZillowVERIFIED We've move about 7 times and were never fully satisfied with our previous realtors. So happy that a friend referred us to Dave. He has helped us sell and purchase our last two homes and we highly recommend him. He is knowledgeable and attentive, never pushy. He was always available to answer questions or provide updates and had even helped us with a few questions even though we have already closed on our home. He was patient and accommodating as we searched all over central VA for our home. Most of the houses we visited were more than an hour's drive away but he was always there and even helped pull our car out of the mud when our car got stuck on a house tour. Hands down the best realtor!

Weve bought 3 properties in the last 2 years and had a different realtor for each one because we just couldnt find someone we felt really cared about us and our goals in the process, until Dave, that is. He fought for us to make sure that we got everyone we wanted in the process and looked out for us in order to protect us. We really felt like he went above and beyond communicating with the selling agent, lender, attorneys. A lot of realtors make you feel rushed so they can get to their pay day, but we dont say it lightly when we say it felt like Dave cared more about us and our needs than that. We now have a home that checked all of our boxes and could not be happier for the future in our new home. We wont be using any other realtors in future purchases.

We live 3000 miles away from the property we were selling and needed a realtor who would represent us and be our ambassador to get things that needed to be done completed in time. We struggled with a couple of realtors before receiving a referral from a friend who had worked with Dave and we are so happy we were able to connect with him. From the beginning, Dave was professional. He followed through with what he promised. He looked for solutions and used his expertise, knowledge, experience and contacts to help us prepare the house. We had an offer within 24 hours of listing and within 36 hours we sold the house! ZillowVERIFIED If I said Dave was as AWESOME realtor, that would be an understatement. He was such a great help to my first home purchase in March of 2013. He was very flexible, even when I would call just 1 hour before a walk thru to reschedule. He was very willing to view any and every house that I was interested in, even viewing the same house twice in one day simply to please me because thats what I wanted. He made sure he explained every aspect of the parts of the home buying process that he was involved it, to make sure I had a clear understanding. If it was something that didnt directly tie to his position, he would get me in touch with some of his referrals (ie. title agent, lenders). He even sat with me through my closing becuase he thought I would be more comfortable in his presence, since he was the most familiar face throughout this whole process. But apart from all this and most important to me, is he is just an all around nice guy; family oriented, down to earth, easy to work with! Thanks Dave for helping me with the purchaseof my 1st home!!! :)
