ZillowVERIFIED We had heard about Daryn Edmonds and his team at High Road Properties from the experience that my mom and brother had with them for their previous home sale and purchase. We decided to go with High Road. We had contacted Daryn to see if we could get our house listed for sale back in August and what was needed for the timeline we were looking at to accomplish the listing. Daryn gave us detailed information on what needed to happen first before the listing and the necessary contacts to help with getting things ready. After about two weeks of preparation, we had the house listed. It was a Friday when we listed the house and by Sunday we had approximately 50 showings of the home.We had received multiple offerings over listing price and were soon under contract with backup offers. Once we were under contract and we were locked in, everything was running smoothly until our neighbors decided that they had a dispute with our new fence on the property line. Daryn was able to mediate between the neighbors and ourselves with the dispute of the fence and all issues were resolved professionally and in a timely manner.Unfortunately, our first offer fell through after about three weeks from the closing date which was because my wife and I decided to extend them, but we had our backup offer in place immediately. The backup offer went smooth and we sold the house with an amount over the asking price.My wife had a house that she set her sights on and Daryn made sure that we were ready to get this process started and locked in as soon as possible. Daryn was in constant communication throughout the whole sale and purchase process. He was extremely caring, personable and with us during every step of the way. He went above and beyond our expectations and we couldnt be any happier.One of his teammates, Sarah Pisani, handled the copious amounts of paperwork for all transactions faster than we could have imagined.
