ZillowVERIFIEDWhat is there to say about purchasing a Home with Darrick Dickerson? There is a reason the term realtor for life always follows Darrick's name. A buying experience with Darrick is one full of an abundance of knowledge of the city and market (past, present, and most important the future). Darrick sold me my first home, my current home, and everything in between. Witnessing my process lead Darrick to begin selling and buying homes for every member of my family and anyone in my circle of friends. In a home buying experience with Darrick you are guaranteed to get transparency during the process (if you want it or not) Darricks goal isnt to be a yes man but a yes man to the best deal for you. Oftentimes, we get caught up in the charm of something new but Darrick is going to force you to think about your real-life (distance from your family and friends, resale value, whats happening in the community, is the lot sloping in the wrong direction, is the material going to cost you a lot to keep maintained, investment opportunities, etc). He makes you think about what is going to bring you genuine joy and value. I can keep going obviously because its truly an experience to have someone who cares about you, your experience, your process, your value, and your wants like you are his own family. I can say from my many experiences and those of my family and friends that purchasing or selling a home with Darrick is sleeping well at night in your new home knowing you received the best deal on whatever end of the closing table you pen ?? is on.

ZillowVERIFIED Mr Darrick Dickerson truly lives up to title aEURoerealtor for life.aEUR? I was completely nervous about selling my first home, but it was time. I need more space and not to mention were in the middle of a pandemic. So I called him.. told him I was ready to sale. Mind you, my house is Atlanta...and I live in San Diego. So with that being said.. different time zone, different work schedule. You would have though the process would have been much harder... but not with this guy. Literally Darrick took care of EVERYTHING!! When I say everything I mean everything!! He arranged cleaners to come to my house. I hadnt been there since March... he got my carpet cleaned.. And the list just goes on.. Working 12 hr shift, 48 hours a week with covid patients, exhausted is an understatement ( I'm a RN), I said all that to say selling my home was not even a concern of mine because I had Mr. Dickerson. The entire process from placing the house on the market to closing to maybe 45 days!! The easiest thing Ive done all year was sell my house, who would have thought that would be a thing. I will NEVER use another realtor. He is truly my realtor to life! #thinkdarrick

ZillowVERIFIED Darrick's approach is "I am here to provide exemplary service for my clients, at no obligation". And the service does not just stop at buying and selling homes, but rather excels him to be a resource long after the sell or purchase of your home. The reason his approach works, and he has satisfied clients; because he genuinely cares about each person and wants him/her to have the best experience! He researched, negotiated and delivered the purchase of my dream home within 3 months.Darrick is a true marksman of detail and his target is excellence!

ZillowVERIFIED I've used Darrick three times now and after my first experience with him I knew I'd use him for every home I'd ever purchase in the future! That said, I just closed on another home and yet again Darrick delivered! Darrick's level of service and knowledge; his attention to details (the smallest of details) and his punctuality are comparable to no other realtor in the Atlanta Metropolitan area. Darrick has shown times over that he had my very best interest at heart and although at the end of the day he was there to serve and help me achieve the task that he was presented with, he always reminded me when I got off my original plan. Reminding me of the things that I first said was MOST important to me in a new home and to be honest, I needed that; as it was just another testament to his attention to the details. Darrick and the team who supports him made both my home purchases a dream and I'd gladly and most highly recommend him as your next realtor. He is amazing!

ZillowVERIFIED Darrick is the consummate professional. He most recently helped sell my home and provided constructive feedback and advice along the way to ensure a most successful transaction. He is always available for consultation and goes above and beyond consistently. Darrick has also helped me find tenants for a rental property and his professionalism never ceases to amaze me. For instance, this past March, a tenant was moving in and we discovered the gas in the house wasn't working. It was a very cold weekend so Darrick facilitated placing the tenants in a hotel and handled all communications with them. This is one example of many where he does what needs to be done with no questions asked. I would 100% use him again for any future real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED I started looking for agents around May of last year and met with quite a few before I found someone who would be the best choice based on their background, dedication, avenues of promoting listing, previous clients feedback, and ability to help me accomplish what I needed done. It was a pleasure working with you over this past year. From the beginning, guiding me in the right direction to prepare my previous home to sale resulting in multiple offers in less than 48 hours. I wanted to wait until the end of the school year before I started the search for our new home and Darrick stayed in touch and kept me updated on the market. As soon as school was out, I reached out to Darrick and he immediately sent me some options based off what I expressed I wanted next and his consistent research and knowledge of the current market. We found and closed on the perfect home that had everything I wanted and so much more in no time. Thank you for being patient with me and passionate about what you do. It meant the world to know that you were always there to answer any questions, give professional advice, and address any concerns. With work and kids there is never enough time in a day, but you made it easier by actually knowing what I was looking for and taking mental notes during each walk through to avoid me having to waste time looking at homes that werent for me. I appreciate the additional research you would do prior to sending me listing and being able to give me the aEURoeneed to knowaEUR? information up front. I will continue sending those in need of the BEST realtor to you. Thanks for everything!

He explained everything out and made sure I understood what I was giving my buyer when they asked me for things. There was never a time I tried to get in touch with him and did not get a timely response. Even now that I am in another state and am on the other end of the sale, I have been able to call and ask him questions!!

ZillowVERIFIED Darrick was a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable about the Atlanta market, specifically, the areas that will bring you the greatest return as the Atlanta metro area continues to grow. Darrick was available to talk anytime, even after hours. During the time I was purchasing, the atlanta market was hot and houses were being sold in less than a day. Once I finally found the house I wanted, Darrick immediately put in an offer, which got me the house over several other bids. Throughout the closing process, Darrick sent me reminders to help the process go faster and to make sure I was ready to move in (i.e. he sent reminders about home insurance, utilities, and water turn ons). My customer service experience with him was amazing and I am confident that his expertise got me the right house, in the right area, at the right price!

ZillowVERIFIED I could not have asked for a better real estate agent than Darrick! He was extremely knowledgeable about the industry and provided valuable advice throughout each step of our home buying and selling process. We were able to sell our town home, buy a single family home, and move within a matter of weeks. I doubt that the process would have gone as smoothly as it did without Darrick's guidance. He was always respectful, responsive, and accessible. Most importantly, he showed that he genuinely cared about the needs of our family before anything else and was willing to go above and beyond to get the job done. ZillowVERIFIED What you want to hear a professional working with you say is "leave everything to me." Darrick said that to me at the beginning of my home hunting and buying process, and he meant it. Extremely knowledgeable about each touch point along the way - from prepping a home for selling, staging, and listing - to closing the deal on a new home purchase, Darrick partnered with me to make the selling/buying process comfortable, fun, and financially rewarding. His input on the things only a great realtor can advise you on were invaluable. Very important to me, he is always very accessible and responsive. ZillowVERIFIED Let's just say that my buying experience was quite the adventure. I had my heart set on a particular area of town to remain in close proximity to my place of business and to continue enjoy the lifestyle for which I had become accustom. For a moment, it appeared as if I would have to settle in a new location outside of my comfort zone. As days passed I would find myself losing faith in finding my desired home. I tried thinking outside of the box, but I wanted to remain firm in what I desired and needed. Oftentimes, I wanted to give up the dream, but Darrick encouraged me and helped me to believe that exactly what I desired would come my way. He suggested that I remain patient and not give up. With his support, I continued to believe and search. In a short period of time...a home in the desired neighborhood came on the market. Darrick and I discussed it and he prepared an offer package to present to the selling agent before the "For Sale" sign stopped smoking (Lol). Although we were proactive, there were unforeseen obstacles heading our way. In most business transactions, especially real estate, it is expected to have a few hiccups or maybe minor set backs. Generally the worries are minimal, things typically turn around pretty quickly and you move on as scheduled. Well...we (Buyer/Agent) faced some pretty big giants and it wasn't your average, everyday, run of the mill battle! The deal became very intense and there was an emotional uprising. It seemed the deal was doomed to fail. No one was happy and lives were being affected. I was hanging on by a thread. Darrick, who was overwhelmed as well, remained encouraging. He rose to the occasion and became my voice of reason, my sounding board...we became a true team. He put on the gloves and went to the mattresses on my behalf. We worked together through every challenge. Because of his professional expertise, level of experience and compassion for his clients, I am the owner of my dream home. I highly recommend Darrick Dickerson, a Real Estate Professional who will weather the storm to get the deal closed.

ZillowVERIFIED I purchased two homes and sold one using Darrick as my agent. He came recommended by two people and, after my poor experience with a previous agent, we was welcomed change. When I purchased my first home, I had no idea what to expect and was intimidated by the process. He walked me through the nuances of the process, connected me with quality 3rd party vendors, insurance agents, etc., and kept me well informed at each turn. As it was a short sale, when I got dismayed at the significant time it took for the sale to be approved by the bank and prepared to walk away, Darrick was quietly pressing the bank and successful for the sale approved and we closed. I could not have been more pleased. Recently, Darrick assisted in selling that home and the purchase of my new home. He is a master at anticipating needs and questions. He stayed in contact with the builder and kept me abreast of construction timelines and expected deadlines. It is difficult to accurately covey all that Darrick does and the value he brings to a deal. I will simply say this: for real estate transactions in the Atlanta area, Darrick is the only agent I will ever use and recommend. He is the best.

ZillowVERIFIED I could write a book here when it comes to the excellent job that Darrick did during my home buying process. Darrick is the definition of going above and beyond the call of duty. He showed me homes and areas that I would have never thought about, he was honest in the benefits of certain properties and super honest about concerns I may want to think about with other properties. He was there with me thru the whole process which gave me my first gray hair on my eyebrow lol throughout the whole process he was positive, optimistic, and attentive. After dealing with the horrible realtor before him he was a breath of fresh air, so much so I have watched him earn the business of and now continue in the process of selling my mom and also my sister new homes and also previously just sold my aunt a home she absolutely loves. And don't think when he sold you a house he is done. He follows up with you and keeps a check on things and sends you calendars and positive affirmation emails. Just an awesome 5 star business man.
