ZillowVERIFIED Darren and Darla are extremely knowledgable agents who kept me informed and updated throughout the home buying process. They explained all of the phases of the process in terms that I could understand. They put me in touch with an excellent lender as well. Darren and Darla made sure I saw homes for sale in different price ranges and locations so I could consider and compare them to find the right house and location for me. When I found the right house, Darren and Darla negotiated a reasonable price for me. They kept me informed about all of steps from putting the house under contract to the final closing.

ZillowVERIFIED Darren was amazing to work with. Our original time frame to purchase was 6 months, but with the listings he was able to find we found our home in less than 2 weeks with a successful bid in 3. Darren was knowledgeable throughout the entirety of the process from searching, to negotiation, to signing. I would recommend Darren for anyone who is looking to buy or sell, you wont beat his ability and professionalism.

ZillowVERIFIED Darren made my first time home buying experience the best experience ever! He has so much experience and knowledge. We looked at so many homes and made several offers and wouldnt settle for anything I didnt ask for or even knew I wanted. All of his hard work landed me in a home that literally has every single thing I wished for! He saved me thousands in closing cost , I paid less than home was appraised for and honestly couldnt have had a better experience in this process with anyone else. I look forward to working with him again in the future. Vacation home next?

ZillowVERIFIED I was a first time home buyer and Darren really helped lift the anxiety I had which really gave me a sense of comfort during the process. Its always overwhelming at times for me personally when I dive into something new but by the time it was over and done with I was in complete amazement by how much Darren cared and how hard he worked to get me into my dream home. Hes a very straightforward, honest, and personable guy. I am beyond pleased with the house that he found me and how great of a deal he was able to get for me. The man really knows how to put in the work to get his client the best possible deal and he will not stop or allow you to settle for a house you are not completely in love with! When my sister is ready to buy a house she will be calling Darren after seeing how great of a agent he is! I could go on and on but Ill cut this short, thanks again Darren! And thank you for the house warming gift card buddie!

ZillowVERIFIED I originally was looking at a home that Darren was the listing agent for in villa rica, Georgia. When I spoke with Darren he was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He explained things to me about the buying process before even becoming my realtor. When I decided to work with Darren he made my entire buying experience fun and provided me with knowledge I need about the entire process. Darren was always available for questions and concerns I had even outside of business hours. Darren asked what I wanted in a home and he showed me listings that matched my expectations. Darren and his wife were always working towards getting me the best deal and Produced the most amazing offers even with me having the worst loan FHA in this market. The Nofzigers provided me with one of the best experiences I have had with them as my realtor!!!! Thank you for always being honest, transparent, professional, trustworthy and knowledgeable about everything! I look forward to maintaining a relationship with you and your wife for future endeavors. I will definitely be sending everyone I know looking to buy a house to you guys!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Darren and Darla helped us with our first home purchase and they made the process super easy. We worked with Darren mostly and I can't reccomend him enough. Friendly, charismatic, tough when he needs to be, resiliant, knowlegable about structure of houses and suggesting ideas on interior design, and always looking after us! Darren knew the kind of lives we lead, my wife and I work and therefore don't have much time to do a bunch of repairs on the house, so he found us a house that was basically move in ready! He's a great negotiator and knows how the game works. I can't reccomend the Nofzigers enough. My go to real estate agents!

ZillowVERIFIED These guys are amazing! When my wife and I went to purchase our dream home we asked around about who to use and everyone said they were the hardest working team in Georgia. They definitely lived up to that and I could not be more impressed. My daughter just used these guys to purchase her first home and she could not be happier.

ZillowVERIFIED We had initially thought of trying to sell "By Owner", but quickly realized it was way too complicated for someone not in the real estate business. At our first meeting with (husband and wife team) Darren and Darla we were very comfortable with their knowledge, enthusiasm and professionalism. Darla had created a package with all the information we needed and some we didn't know we needed. Darren walked us through the process and answered all of our questions and made suggestions for prepping the house and property for showing. They were available at all times to answer questions and kept us updated on everything! It was so worth it working with a great team of agents!!

ZillowVERIFIED Darren was unable to get comps to support a price that he agreed was fair. He represented the buyer as well. The selling price ended up being $40k less than the listed price because the appraisal came in low. Rather than put the house back on the market, he convinced us to go with the offer ($40k less than listed price). After closing, the buyer (who Darren represented as a seller as well) were giving each other hugs for what a great job he did for them. There is now a house in the same neighborhood pending for $100k more than our selling price!

ZillowVERIFIED Darren went above and beyond in helping My husband and I find a home. We initially started looking in 2019 and decided against buying a home because of some familial reasons. Darren was an absolute sport about it and asked us to contact him once we are ready. Flash forward 10 months and Darren made us a priority again in helping us find a home. We found the best home we possibly could in such a competitive market and its Darrens stellar customer service and rapid work ethic that made it all possible. After the sale was made, Darren helped us find the best contractors for the work that needed to be done before our move. Most realtors would move on once the sale is final, but his mantra is to make sure his clients are moved in comfortably and happy.

ZillowVERIFIED Darren was amazing from the start and immediately showed us how much he cares for his clients. During our introductory phone call, Darren spent over an hour answering and outlining the process of buying a home, as we were first time home buyers. He impressed us with the dedication and knowledge for not just finding and buying a home but for all the other extra stuff you don't think about. Throughout the whole process he gave us advice and had multiple contacts for different services we might need. He has a good way of reading his clients and will even advise when one might not be the right fit. We appreciated the honesty and dedication he showed time and time again. One of my favorite things he kept reminding us of to not lose hope was "if this isn't the house for you, I can't wait to see what is." And he was so right, we found our perfect first home! Darren continued to fight for us to get as much concessions as we could to save us money. If you are looking to buy or sell a home, don't hesitate to contact Darren... you won't be disappointed.
