Darla Ogle

Darla is incredible. Responsive, experienced, pleasant, and gave us great guidance to help seal the deal without any hassle or delay. She's well-respected and enjoys a great reputation amongst other real estate professionals in the area. Admittedly, I have bought and sold by owner several times in the past (outside of FL) because of some so-so experiences with inexperienced agents. The 30A real estate market can be tricky and fast-moving, and you'd be wise to hire an agent (and even smarter to make that agent Darla Ogle).

Our little beach house was our favorite property we have ever owned and selling it was hard because we loved it, but sometimes you have to make NEW memories. Darla really helped us know not only the right time to sell, but also really helped us understand pricing and when and when not to move on the number. Darla and Turner and the whole group at Ogle Luxury Group made the process easy - we are out of state and we never worried about the ins and outs of listing and showing as they took care of EVERYTHING - including having our house repainted to have it show more effectively. Truly, if you want turn key, you want Ogle Luxury Group. Darla has integrity and is a loyal person - after doing business with her, you will walk away from the transaction with a new best friend. We loved working with her group and we got a great price on our house in not the best market. HUGE win. Will 100% use them again when we buy again in the area.

Darla and Turner are an amazing team!! As long time locals, they are incredibly familiar with the 30a market. Through their relationships, they have access to information others may not have, including off market deals, clients who may be willing to buy/sell and upcoming changes in neighborhood bylaws, local laws, etc that may impact a transaction. I've worked with them on several deals as both a buyer and a seller. They've worked with me to hire an architect and builder and bring internet to a new street, deal with Walton Co codes and anything else I've needed. They have always been willing to go above and beyond, even after the sale. I was recently trying to sell a property in a stagnant market...Darla turned over every stone looking for a buyer. She was proactive, creative and tireless. We ultimately ended up with multiple full price cash offers. They are well respected in the community and have been able to get near impossible deals done as they are known to be trustworthy.
