Darla is amazing. I don't trust real estate agents - they generally don't understand the concept of being someone's "agent" or what fiduciary duties are. Darla is different; despite my general distrust of real estate agents, she won me over - she was always looking out for me. Plus, she is whip smart - and others in the area know that and know not to try and cheat her or her clients. Her philosophy is to play the long game - she wants clients to come back to her for their next transaction. That's different from most other local agents too. Last but not least, there was one day when - for our house hunting trip -- she brought fresh baked chocolate chip cookies - amaaazing! I almost want to buy another house just to get more Darla cookies and to be in the Darla protected cocoon.
