ZillowVERIFIEDNikita did an outstanding job working with us selling our property. He was patient and still driven to complete our transaction. He worked incredibly hard during the closing process, and he assisted with transferring utilities and other out of the way tasks to help us with the inconvenience of our distance from the area. He is kind, polite and understanding. This is the third transaction he has assisted us with. That says so much about our confidence in Nik.

ZillowVERIFIED Nikita is a professional and responsible agent, nice and careful. He answered all my questions about buying house timely. I really appreciated it. It's my first house I didn't know anything, he could explain it carefully and protect the rights and interests of the buyer. I felt very assured and entrusted him with all the problems including loan and insurance, which saved me a lot of time and energy. I would highly recommend him to my relatives and friends who want to buy or sell a house.

ZillowVERIFIED Nikita is a great agent on selling our beach condo. He was very prompt, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the whole process. We couldn't be there to take our personal items before closing, so Nikita volunteered to get it and also took care of a few errands for us. We highly recommended Nikita and would use him again in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Nikita has been a delight to work with. First, he is extremely knowledgeable about the market in South Walton County. He offers great customer service, and made the entire process of selling my land on the Bay so easy. Nik pays attention to details; listens to the customer; negotiates well; and follows-up in a very timely manner. I highly recommend him and certainly will use him in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Nikita is a professional and a pleasure to work with. My wife and I advised him of the price we wanted ( I didnt thing it was possible) for our summer home and he made it happen within a short period of time. We also partnered with Nikita in looking at homes on 30A. Nikita was always available to view homes. He was patient and understanding with us since we were looking for the perfect retirement home at the right price. I would recommend Nikita to other homeowners.

ZillowVERIFIED Nikita is professional, knowledgeable, hard working, and very responsive. He is great at negotiating with out being pushy. I have worked with him on vacant lots, condos, and single family home. Great realtor, and trustworthy.
