ZillowVERIFIED Purchasing my home with Darius was a very positive experience, however selling my home with him was a different experience.He is very professional however, he can be very dismissive. Several questions I would ask would be brushed off and left unanswered.This time around, I felt as though he was too busy to know what was going on with my home. I had to do most of the following up with the buyers closing agency, if I wanted to get any answers. I did not feel like he was looking out for my best interest, just pushing for a quick closing, by any means.I felt unimportant and overall frustrated by the whole experience. If youre looking for someone to find a home with, Id say hes your guy. If youre wanting to sell, I would suggest another agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Wow! This man is a miracle worker! I am a very skeptical person when working with professionals. Especially when I hear, I think I can help, or I'll be with you every step of the way. I even went as far as calling this man a scam artist. I couldn't apologize fast enough, once he showed me who he really is. HE IS REAL! He has a true passion for what he does and he showed that each and every time we had to speak or meet. He never once hesitated in answering all the questions I threw at him. He always returned phone calls or texts in a matter of minutes, not hours. He never once lost his cool or made us feel we were wasting his time. We had a limited budget for the work. Darius walked around our house and room to room making a list of items and prioritize the items to help us get the most out of our home. We followed his advise and once we listed our home, we got an offer the same day!Buying: We were leaning towards a new construction home. It was great to have Darius on our side with the builder and represent us to make sure we had what was needed. Darius sent us pictures on existing homes but none that really fit us so we ended up with the new construction home. Having him there was assuring as we did the walk through etc.

He was very knowledgeable about the market and he was able to get me to the goal of buying my first home (first home as a single parent who travelled from one state to another in the rain (13 hours) with a 20 ft Uhaul and my SUV attached along with my 2 children). I asked a million and one questions and he talked me through everything; He was so patient with me. He never once made me feel like a number. ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I wanted to buy a home last year so bad. My credit was BAD, in the 400s. I didn't think I could EVER get it looking good. Mr Darius gave me some advise. I got the app credit karma for starters. Got a secured card like he told me, through my bank. I used it like he suggested and the bank suggested the same advice! I was able to get the bad reports off my report and the bills that were paid off, well I was able to get those off my report too. That was affecting me negatively. After doing this steadily for 6 months my credit is now almost in the 700s!! Trust Mr Darius! Do what he says and you'll be in your own home soon enough! We will be ready to buy as soon as our apartment lease is up!
