Darin was a pleasure to work with. A true southern gentleman. Professional, timely, and dedicated. The sale of our property was a little unconventional, yet Darin continued to work on it endlessly until it was complete. I highly recommend his team. John B.

ZillowVERIFIED Darin and Michelle Hasty provided excellent real estate service in the recent sale of a family home. I feel they went above and beyond to provide services to assist our family in the sale, and ultimately, the moving and clearing out process of our parents home. Darin was able to provide local knowledge for additional services needed and he followed up personally as needed. We thank them for all their oversight of the property and the sale process. We couldnt have managed without them.

ZillowVERIFIED We were selling a home in Shelbyville TN. We are located in Salt Lake City, Utah. Darin put in 100 % to acomadate us under the circumstances of selling a home long distance. Darin was instrumental in working with the Title and Escrow company to make sure that the closing occurred at the end of the month. This saved us from another additional FHA loans full month of interest. I would highly recommend Darin as your Realtor. He was always responsive to our communications.

ZillowVERIFIED I flip / trade houses for a living and have used several Realtors thru the years in several counties ranging from Cumberland to Davidson Counties. I recently started working in Bedford county and found I needed a local Realtor. I did my homework and compared all the MLS Realtors who had listed / sold / had a minimum number of expired listings in Shelbyville for similar properties in the past 6 months. Darin topped the list. Next, independently, I asked for referrals from local loan officers. Darin topped that list as well. I reached out and all I can say is wow, totally impressed. Advice, responsiveness, help, resources, connections, etc, Darin is the complete package and has it all. I give Darin my highest recommendation and have no reservation referring him. I hope to have need for his services again.

ZillowVERIFIED We listed our house with Darin and Michelle and it sold in 2 weeks. We actually had 3 parties that were interested at the same time. Also, we were on vacation when this took place. Darin was in contact with us the entire time. I could not of ask for a better job by real estate agents. Darin and Michelle are in the process of looking for us a new home. Great Job!

ZillowVERIFIED Darin is an extremely friendly and knowledgeable professional. He took his time to help me look at several places over several months taking into consideration your price cap and must haves. He also takes good notes on what you are looking for and what you aren't looking for when he shows you houses. After several houses that where available on the market but just not what I was looking for he found me a house with everything I was looking for and while a little bit out of my original price range the value and what the house had to offer made it so I would have been crazy not to have jumped on the house he showed. He does his best to stay in your range but is also willing to show or recommend houses they may be a bit above but not to much above if he can prove that it would be well worth that little extra. I have now lived in this house and am well on my way to making it a home for about a year now. I am very greatful for his service and his understanding of what I needed and wanted.

ZillowVERIFIED As far as I am concerned, Darin Hasty is the ONLY agent in Bedford County! Darin sold our house very quickly because of his dedication. I tend to be a little "over the top" when it comes to situations like buying/selling, Darin eased my fears and took care of EVERYTHING. He was patient and prompt when it came to dealing with our transaction. His wife came when we went to look at potential purchases, which was wonderful to also have another women's point of view. I have sent friends/family to Darin because I knew they would be in excellent hands. They too have had very positive experiences. It's not always easy to find business people you can trust, but you have found a trustworthy dedicated agent if you decide to allow Darin and Michelle to help you with your next real estate deal.

ZillowVERIFIED The moment my husband and I saw the house we wanted, we contacted Darin and he was so helpful. He was very quick in responding to all of our questions. Darin never left us without answers. After realizing our bank wouldn't be able to help us, Darin put us in contact with the right people that could help. My family is complete now that we are "HOME"!!
