BROKER/OWNER I am a real estate professional with over 15 years of experience in marketing and sales. Howard University educated in the area of finance. Prior to a career in real estate I guided the careers of and/or marketed some of the biggest names in the music and entertainment business which resulted in millions of dollars in revenues and profits. It is my belief that knowledge is power when investing in, buying or selling real estate. My personal objective has always been to provide results based on knowledge and understanding with the application of dedication, diligence, desire and expertise. Real estate has always been important to me because real estate helps families fulfill their dreams, build communities, value, wealth and our economy. My areas of expertise and specialty in the field are distressed property transactions(REOS, Short Sales, HUD homes), Investors and Investment properties.
