I'm Danny West, a real estate agent with RE/MAX Concepts in Ankeny, Iowa. I've been helping buyers and sellers across the Des Moines metro for 11 years, including Ankeny, Altoona, Bondurant, Grimes, Waukee, West Des Moines, Johnston, Urbandale, Pleasant Hill, and Ames.

Before real estate I spent years around contracting and flipping houses, and I still buy and hold investment property through my own company. That background means I see things in a home most agents walk right past, and it shows up where it counts, in inspections and in negotiations. I know what a repair actually costs and what a house is really worth.

I work across all price ranges, from first time homebuyers, up through luxury and new construction. Whether you're buying your first place, moving up, selling, or looking at an investment property, my job is to make sure you understand every step and that the decision still makes sense five years down the road, not just today.

I'm not a high pressure guy. I'll tell you the truth about a house, and if it's a bad fit I'll say so. Most of my business comes from past clients sending me their friends and family, and that's the whole scoreboard for me.
