Danny was really terrific to work with in a very stressful time. My houseboat sale was proceeding nicely and then Covid hit, throwing EVERYTHING up in the air (and causing my buyers to back out due to financial worries). Danny stuck with it, keeping interest up and folks coming through with his great marketing, while also keeping my nerves in check with check-ins and reassurance that we'd get there. Just closed with a new buyer yesterday, and I'm very very grateful for all the work he did to make it happen. Highly recommended!
