When we started looking for house in Bainbridge Island, we know we like the island, but we didn't know what kind of houses we are looking for. Lori helped us to understand the life in Bainbridge, the various locations and unique features of each property. She is warm and helpful. She never push but always told us if the house is in high demand or priced too high. When we are ready to give an offer, she did thorough research to prepare CMA so we know what price range we should offer. We finally got a beautiful house in another island (due to the lack of inventories in Bainbridge), but we know that it is Lori who helped us to identify what kind of house we will love.

Just put my home up for sale by owner. (Bainbridge Island). Was immediately inundated with calls and showings. I have 2 homes on the property and so it soon became quit a whirlwind to get through. One of the interested parties had Lori Sinclair as a buyers rep. Turns out the buyer wasn't interested but meanwhile another one from my for sale by owner made an offer. Lori stepped up and judicially informed me that I was potentially leaving a lot of money on the table. Putting me under no obligation she voluntarily put together some market comparibles and showed me a considerable amount of money I would loose out on if I accepted this new offer. I then prudently enlisted Lori's help and to cut to the chase - she helped me secure the best price - delt with all the contracts, title co., etc. and put the whole thing to bed in a week and a half. I'm SOLD on Lori Sinclair and if you want the best most personable realtor out there - look no further. Oh yeah, and every time I called her she answered the phone. I never once had to "leave a message." Also, she listened - she really listened!!! That is GOLD!
