After receiving the good news that I was going to transfer from Charlotte NC to Orlando FL within 60 days I was nervous but need to act quickly. Let start saying that this was on May-June 2020 in the middle of the pandemic so I was not able to travel to Orlando FL. I found the perfect home in Zillow so I request information the same day Sunday 10pm. For my surprise Danny Torres answer my message right away. He schedule a call for next day. He help me and contact the seller and we start the negotiation process the next day since I had already my commitment letter from the bank. Danny was very helpful thru the search process. He send me multiple properties that fit my needs until we wait for the first property I like. He help me making sure I got the house of my dreams. I highly recommend him. Hey Abi, it all depends if you are going to pay a buyers agent and closing cost. I can send you a net sheet which will give you a break down on closing cost and other fees. I am licensed in FL, so I am not sure how they handle it in Delaware, but I can speak to one of my partners and get some answers for you if you like. How's that sound?
