Danny Torres PA I Compass FL

Danny was a very responsive person he went above and beyond our needs and wants . He was a pleasure to work with . He made us feel like familyHe went to the house and did a FaceTime to show us the house inside and out . He went back to the house after the repairs were done took pictures and sent them to us. He was very helpful . Great to work with

Danny is a well informed professional who made my home buying process as smooth as possible, his honest and no gimmick approach was very welcoming and made me feel very at easy during the entire process. Other realtors from different organizations have not given me the level of detail and professional service to the level that Danny and his team can provide. I value his time and efforts that he contributed to my home buying service. I would recommend him again and again.

Buying a home is one of the most important events in your life so is very important to have the appropriate people by your side during the process. After receiving the good news that I was going to transfer from Charlotte NC to Orlando FL within 60 days I was nervous but need to act quickly. Let start saying that this was on May-June 2020 in the middle of the pandemic so I was not able to travel to Orlando FL. I found the perfect home in Zillow so I request information the same day Sunday 10pm. For my surprise Danny Torres answer my message right away. He schedule a call for next day. He help me and contact the seller and we start the negotiation process the next day since I had already my commitment letter from the bank. Danny was very helpful thru the search process. He send me multiple properties that fit my needs until we wait for the first property I like. He help me making sure I got the house of my dreams. I highly recommend him. He told me I will get that house for you and thats exactly what he did :)Danny is professional, knowledgeable and very reliable realtor. I would recommend him to anyone with absolutely no hesitation because I know that he will provide the best experience. Its truly refreshing to know there are still service providers out there willing to do the best possible job for a customer even in the most difficult times.

Great job closing the deal. There was times that I didn't think it was going to happen but Danny has been there every step of the way. I appreciate his hard work, I will call you when I am ready to buy my next home!!

Danny was amazing! As first time buyers we didn't know the process very well and Danny guided us through. In about a week we found the house we wanted, and closed 30 days later thanks to him! Danny was always on time, professional, and easy to get ahold of.
