About WAI LEUNG

For more than 14 years, I've helped families, first-time buyers, and investors across Washington DC, Northern Virginia, Maryland, and Chicago make some of the biggest decisions of their lives with clarity and confidence. As CEO and Team Leader of C21 Team International at Century 21 Redwood Realty, I lead a multilingual team serving clients in English, Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Hindi, Urdu, and Punjabi, and we closed $27.6M in sales last year.

I've been named a Washingtonian Top Real Estate Agent every year since 2019, hold the CLHMS and GUILD luxury designations, and served as AREAA Luxury Committee Chair in 2024. With family roots in Hong Kong and as an investor myself, I understand both the numbers and the emotions behind every move. Whether you're buying your first condo, selling a luxury home, or growing a rental portfolio, my promise is simple: honest advice, relentless effort, and an experience that goes beyond ordinary.
