      Dan responded quickly to any communication. He supported viewing any house I wanted and set up the appointment in a timely manner. In this market, he recommended many ideas in order to make sure we got the house when we put in the offer and what clauses to ask for to protect ourselves as well. We only had to put in one strong offer. He did a lot of work searching homes to recommend as well and has contacts outside of MLS to broaden the search. I would recommend using Dan to find the perfect house no matter you need.

      Dan was very helpful and always available. He went above and beyond our expectations. Helped with preparing the house to be put on the market. Helped trim trees and spread beauty bark! He provided a house cleaner to take off some of the pressure before listing day. Will recommend Dan to everyone we know who will be listing their house.
