My daughter recommended her friend Dane Andersen to be my agent and I'm so glad she did! She told me he would be honest and transparent, and he was all of that and more. He helped me sort through my priorities, was mindful of my budget, and never made me feel like I was anything but a special client. Dane talked me through the difficult disappointing showings and losing two bids. He followed through with every loose end and was helpful in practical ways, such as getting an inspector out within days. The listing agent came by my house to get the lock box and told me what a delight Dane had been for her to work with. "There aren't many I would like to work with again, or would recommend to someone, but he's both!' Dane has become my friend and I couldn't be more grateful.

Dane is a wonderful agent. We'd never sold a house before, and it went incredibly well. He helped us get everything ready, fronted the cost for the painters, got us some awesome stagers, picked out the best color of paint for the walls, and in general made our house fantastic. We did incredibly well on the sale, and he more than earned every penny of his commission. I absolutely recommend him with no reservations. 5 Stars!

I was out of state during the sale of my condo and Dane went the extra mile for sure. He oversaw electrical and plumbing and also did some painting himself. My condo was located in a really busy city area where parking is difficult and Dane never hesitated. I had worked with Dane at the theatre in the past so knew that he is a good and reliable person. When people asked if I was worried about selling my condo during this unpredictable covid time I always said no. I knew I didn't need to worry as Dane would handle it and he did.
