I had a pretty tight window of opportunity from when Id need to move for my new position and I know I put a lot of pressure on Danan to find something and close within my timeframe, but de delivered! Danan was a great resource; he is extremely knowledgeable about Seattle and its surrounding areas which was very helpful as I was not. I was selling a property, I thought was complete and ready to go until we ran into some challenges with the city. We were forced to tear open walls and basically start from the beginning. Danan took the led, called his general contractors, plumbers, got me connect with great lenders and worked with the city inspector to get the project approved, sold and closed. He then help me take my proceeds and invest in 4 other properties; I was able to buy 1 home, 2 duplex's and a 11 unit building. My $2.5M investment has more than doubled and he's been there every step of the way! I would highly recommend Danan to all my friends and family! It was a challenging transaction and he was able to get it done!

Not sure why we were told there were. He shut down offers after a day and a half, not even letting the house sit on the market over a weekend. We did get over asking price, but can't help but wonder how much more we could've had. Very personable and knowledgeable. Just, I think, maybe too busy for people who need more attention/guidance during the process.
