Dana is the best! She knows the Saint Simons market better than any other realtor that we interviewed. The contract to closing process had bumps along the way but Dana was on top of everything and in communication with us at our home state. I would highly recommend Dana to help you find your next home!

ZillowVERIFIEDAs first time home buyers from out of state, Dana was such a pleasure to work with. Her knowledge of the island and its neighborhoods was so helpful in finding areas that met our needs with three small children and a community feel! Dana was so accommodating as my family and I travelled back and forth to and from Connecticut in organizing showings and gathering information on each home we saw. She was easily reached which was important during a time where homes are selling quickly and her honest, candid opinions made us feel as she truly understood what we were looking for in our forever home! We would recommend Dana over and over again!

ZillowVERIFIED Dana handling of the purchase of our new home far exceeded our expectations. Dana consistently went above and beyond to ensure we got our dream home. Her attention to detail and calm and friendly demeanor served us well in the purchase of our home in Brunswick, GA. When it came to our walk-through of our home Dana identified numerous issues and ensure that the builder fix those issue before closing.

ZillowVERIFIED Dana did a fantastic job selling our lot. She even negotiated a higher sales price. She also answered the phone on an early Saturday morning when I had questions. Not all realtors make themselves available like that. We would definitely use her again.

ZillowVERIFIED Dana Hill of Coldwell Banker was a tremendous help to us in every way. We knew we wanted to live in Coastal Georgia but not sure of the location. I took up a lot of Dana's time over a few years, but with her patience and knowledge, she helped us find exactly what we wanted. Dana is smart, personable, and honest. We highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Having Dana as my realtor was a wonderful experience. She showed us houses that were in our price range and didn't push one house over another, she wanted us to find "our" new home. I will use her for all our real estate needs!

ZillowVERIFIED Dana went well above and beyond what was necessary. She sensed immediately what we were looking for, probably even before we fully knew. Her knowledge of the area, the ins and out of Georgia rules, and where we had to go to get things we needed. The move here to Georgia was made much easier by her aid and assistance. She even forwarded some of our mail when we had to leave to go to another state. We have purchased and sold previous homes and she stands out as the best realtor we have had.

ZillowVERIFIED Dana sold us our first home almost three years ago. She was a delight to work with and we truly felt confident she was working for us. It was a long tedious process due to it being a foreclosure, but she was with us every step of the way. We are so grateful to have worked with her and we still love our home so much. Thanks Dana! You made our first home buying experience memorable and pleasant!

ZillowVERIFIED Dana is incredible. We have been searching on and off for two years for a new home, (our first) and will be closing soon. She has been amazing throughout the entire process. She is incredibly easy to talk to, invested in her clients, quick to respond to questions, and extremely knowledgeable. We are purchasing with a VA loan and she has helped navigate all those details with ease. She also recommended an exceptional inspector that saved us from purchasing a house with many issues. Her expertise has made multiple stressful situations much easier for us. I can't recommend her enough!
