My experience as a lender helps me negotiate the correct sales contract to best fit your financing options, and gives buyers and sellers a distinct advantage on property conditions and the finance-ability of a property. Over the years I've helped teach first time home buyers for the Maine State Housing program, negotiate sales contracts, secure financing for Buyers, review appraisals, underwrite credit requests, deal with vendors important to the transaction, and worked for a real estate title company. Let me start by saying, this is not something that I do often. I don't purchase properties and I don't spend much time reviewing. My experience with Mr. Curtis was far exceeding my expectations. I found him to be frank and honest with his opinions and told me how things were rather than just what I wanted to hear. My "deal" was not without bumps and surprises... they were plentiful in fact. Dana was available when I needed him. He had answers to questions I didn't even know I had. One step ahead of me which is really where you would want someone representing you to be. I would like to add a dash of critique to this but I've none to offer. I can say for sure I did not know Dana until he was hired to represent me. Furthermore, I will consult with Dana for all of my future relevant real estate issues.

Dana is a pro and without him I wouldnt be in my dream home. Has a great personality and easy to talk with. When I was just new to the area I stayed in contact with him and he gave me info on whats good and whats not. He even steered me away from some properties I thought I liked but he knew would be disasters. Hes awesome!
