Fantastic and quick sale!! He was on the ball with getting paperwork and communication done! 1 month and I had the keys to my new camp!! He met with me promptly at the new home. Walked me through all the questions as I was a new buyer and had no idea what I was doing.

Dana is a pro and without him I wouldnt be in my dream home. Has a great personality and easy to talk with. When I was just new to the area I stayed in contact with him and he gave me info on whats good and whats not. He even steered me away from some properties I thought I liked but he knew would be disasters. Hes awesome!

Dana was extremely accommodating and time efficient when it came to anything I needed from him. He was extremely polite and answered all the questions I had. He was amazing throughout the whole home buying process. I would 10/10 recommend Dana Curtis.

Let me start by saying, this is not something that I do often. I don't purchase properties and I don't spend much time reviewing. My experience with Mr. Curtis was far exceeding my expectations. I found him to be frank and honest with his opinions and told me how things were rather than just what I wanted to hear. My "deal" was not without bumps and surprises... they were plentiful in fact. Dana was available when I needed him. He had answers to questions I didn't even know I had. One step ahead of me which is really where you would want someone representing you to be. I would like to add a dash of critique to this but I've none to offer. I can say for sure I did not know Dana until he was hired to represent me. Furthermore, I will consult with Dana for all of my future relevant real estate issues.
