The Best Real Estate Agent in Lancaster, SC and the Charlotte, NC region! Dan is professional and very detailed and gets the job done. Our home was sold in less than 12 days and closing was very smooth as My Wife and I were out of State. We recommend Dan to everyone in the market either purchasing or selling your home. Thanks Dan! and the wonderful team at Allen Tate. Mr. Boyd-
