ZillowVERIFIED We were so lucky to be introduced to Dan by a friend. He brought so much more to the table than what we expected when he helped us find our home. Dan has an extensive background in construction. He was able to answer questions about concerns we had in the houses we looked at and give us advice as we asked how we could make changes that would make each home more workable for us. His depth and breadth of knowledge in home building, the market, the Phoenix area and especially the East Valley was incredible. He was always available to us but never made us feel any pressure or made us feel crowded. He has a happy and easy going disposition as does his office staff. We can truly say there was nothing about our experience with Dan that wasn't totally positive and even exceeded expectations. AND...his offers of help have continued after the closing--showing that he really does appreciate his clients' business and comes to care about the people he serves. Their job was based more on service than sales and I felt like they really understood my situation and were able to work around my schedule. We were in such a crunch as our lease was cut short and will little to no time to spare as we both worked he managed to gather all we were looking into a house and find us one. He was great with pushing for the repairs we needed before buying as well. We got so much house for the price we were looking for and an amazing home warranty as well. It was amazing knowing that Alan had our best interest and also knew experts that could help us when it came to repairs. Also our home inspection went amazing thanks to Alan's contacts. ZillowVERIFIED Alan Fleacher and the Dan Porter team are the most friendliest real estate team that I have met. I met Alan when I was at work and he was taking photos for a home he was Listen. Alan and I had a conversation that day about buying a home. At the time I thought I didn't have the credit to get approved for a loan, but Alan told me anything is possible and ask me to come into his office to talk to the lender who is right next door to the Remax Solutions office. Together all three of us where able to see how much I was approved for. This was the beginning of my first big investment. I highly recommend that you give Alen a call. It was a pleasure working with him all the way through trying to buy my home. Alan won't let you done. He always went above and beyond my expectations.

ZillowVERIFIED Dan Porter and his team exceeded expectations. What sold me on Dan was he walked into our home, and knew what was right about our house, and what we would need to do to sell. He accentuated the positives in the home, and never minced words. His timeline, price point, and decisions were right on mark. He was honest with me, and walked me through each step. He had a tough timeline of 6 weeks of start to finish... selling and buying. When it came time to look for our new home, I gave him my requirements and my hopes, and then he asked what would be the "dream." Again it was a tough situation, an estate sale and then purchase, but he knew that this was our forever home. We looked at roughly a couple of dozen houses. When I found the dream one, he was honest with me, encouraged me to take my time, but guided me through the decisions, both the pros and cons. Dream home purchased, but Dan didn't stop there. He continued to help guide us as we began some remodeling, and updating. His contractors go above and beyond just like him. I highly recommend anyone go with Dan Porter and his team if they are looking for someone that is knowledgeable and honest, want to be treated as more than a dollar, and desire the best in any situation. They WILL exceed even your highest expectations.
