ZillowVERIFIEDBryan was such a pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond to help us find our 1st home. He did multiple virtual home tours for us while we still lived in California. His knowledge of the process put our 1st time home buying jitters at ease. Thanks!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Bryan was recommended to us from a close friend and was easy and awesome to work with. He was responsive when we would reach out and available when we were interested to see a house. He understood the market dynamics and helped us have the best chance of getting our perfect first home. We would definitely work with him again. Highly recommend him!!

ZillowVERIFIED Let me start by saying that I have been in and affiliated with the Real Estate industry for over 40 years. I have moved through out the country over 12 times and have bought several homes to say least. I have worked with the worst of realtors and the best of the best. Bryan and his assistant Kaydee, are truly the best of the best! Communication is extraordinary, response time is immediate, knowledge is second to none. This has been the easiest purchase and closing I have ever experienced. Do not waste your time trying others. Call Bryan Pankau whether you want to sell or buy ( I did both through him ) he does beyond a great job! Bryan, Kaydee, thank you for all of your help and attention to detail. I cant say enough about you and your abilities and the results. Tanis

ZillowVERIFIED Bryan Pankau is a realtor I bought a home through in the Fall of 2018 and would use over and over again. He spent time to help us find our next home and we didn't know the area at all so he helped us get to know many areas of Phoenix, which is a huge area. Bryan was so helpful, energetic, knowledgeable, and kind. He helped us also find travel times to work and helped us in every way he could.

ZillowVERIFIED We are new to the Phoenix area and Bryan took us all around the city and suburbs so that we could get to know the area before we started looking at specific homes. This took hours of his time, but he was willing to take the time so that we would be more informed about our buying choices. He was a pleasure to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED I have known Bryan in a professional and personal capacity for several years and cannot say enough good things about him. Bryan's knowledge of Arizona coupled with his unparalleled responsiveness makes him an ideal broker to assist any buyer or seller. Bryan was more than willing to help me evaluate my options when I was considering a move back to Arizona and provided an abundance of information and expertise. Unfortunately, employment pulled me to places other than Arizona, but should I end up back in the Valley of the Sun anytime soon, I will certainly use Bryan to simplify my search for a home. I highly recommend Bryan for all your home buying and selling needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Bryan is a professional of the highest order. He kept us very informed throughout the process and went above and beyond our expectations in every way. Though we hope to be in this home for some time, because I dread moving, it is good to have such an honest and hard-working Agent should we need to transition.
