Dan and Kathy are amazing to work with. They held the listing on acreage we took an interest in, but upon seeing it we liked the lot next-door, which they were not the listing agents for. On the spot he still gave us all the information he knew about our new interest, and also followed up with us, to go above and beyond in true altruistic fashion . Because of this initial service, we used Dan and Kathy as our agents. With their expertise and help, we closed on a property last week, happy as can be with the experience.

We were looking for land half way across the country from where we currently live and Dan & Kathy were AMAZING to work with. They took their time listening to what we really wanted and helping find potential properties. Then Dan walked around in the pouring rain with us through the woods so we could see as much of the property as humanly possible. Then once we made an offer they were both incredibly responsive, I don't think an email, text or call went more than an hour without a response. Kathy was incredibly helpful with getting any information we needed about the property in order to secure the loan, often responding within minutes. . Overall I cannot say enough good things about working with them. I've worked with other realtors and they're far and away the best. Highly recommend working with them.
