Dan and Kathy Huntington worked doggedly for over three years to sell my property which is located on the Columbia River in Washington State. Even though the location of the property is spectacular, the specifics of the property were difficult. There were complicated easement issues in the early stages, which they helped to rectify. The house, lovely as it was, suited only a specific type of client, and there were repairs to be made, which they helped with. And, the immediate neighbor at times was difficult, never an easy situation. However, with each obstacle, both Dan and Kathy graciously worked to bring a sale to fruition, even after a number of sales fell through. There are no other real estate agents in the Columbia Gorge who know the area as well and Dan and Kathy. For one thing, they live there, and have lived there for many years. They know the Gorge like nobody else, and their commitment to the Gorge is unquestionable. They have a professional team in place who will handle all the particulars and they will guide you if necessary. They are very responsive to emails and phone calls, and always available for a consultation. If you are looking for a real estate agent to find a property for you, or sell a property for you, in my estimation Dan and Kathy should be your only choice if you are contemplating a purchase or sale in the Columbia Gorge....by the way, it's a wonderful place to live.

I was visiting from overseas to search for acreage property in the Gorge and with Dan and Kathy Huntington's help was able to find the right property and close the deal. Dan and Kathy Huntington were able to answer my questions and find detailed answers to questions they didn't immediately have answers for.I was coming from far away on a very different time zone and as a team they are able to provide excellent communications with speedy response followup and work with my time zone challenges. After my initial visit aEUR" we closed the deal remotely with a tight deadline but it all worked smoothly thanks to their help.Most of my face to face time was with Dan and it seems like he knows everybody in the area and can tell you the history and local knowledge relating to most of the properties in the area.
