We have lived in Washington state since 1989. Both my wife and I both grew up here and met in high school. We then both attended Liberty University in Lynchburg,VA but new we always wanted to come home to raise our family. We have two boys that are 16 and 14 and full of energy. We have been in real estate since 2005 and have owned several investment properties and homes. We work for the worlds largest Real estate company, Keller Williams. Dan was great. I'm out of state so thought selling might be more difficult. I went with Dan after other agents told us we could expect quite a bit less than what Dan said he believed we could get. When we listed with him he was correct and actually got us more than listing price on the first day! Everything between offer and closing was handled by Dan and on time. He couldn't have made it an easier for us. I would absolutely recommend Dan if you need to buy or sell a house in Kitsap County.

You should absolutely use Dan if you need to buy or sell your home. I was hesitant to list my 10 year old rental because it was outdated and in need of a lot of work. We had steady rental income and I was reluctant to give that up thinking it would take a long time to sell. Dan assured me he could sell it quickly. He did a market analysis for us that was 40k higher than the other agent that had been recommended to us. I had my doubts but he assured me again so we agreed to let him list it. Our house had an offer that same night and it was above asking price! He also managed every part of the inspection and repairs with vendors for us because we are out of state. The vendors were good and very reasonable on their costs. He made everything so easy and came through for us.
