The first time we met in person for a consultation we talked for almost two hours, until every question I had was satisfied. He never looked at his watch, never tried to sell to me, and was not stumped when I asked very specific questions in relation to his marketing tactics (I am in marketing, so there were some hard questions). The time table he had set for selling my home was also right on. I gave him a timeline for when I could have my house ready by, and we both stuck to the dates. He also offered any assistance he could in helping me get my house ready to sell. The house went up on the market on a Wednesday, and by the very next Tuesday, only six days later, the house had sold. He helped make what could be a stressful process very simple and stress-free. ZillowVERIFIED In the past, I was not happy with the realtors that I had dealt with. I felt that they were only out to get the sale and then drop you. Dan was different. He was there when I needed him. He didn't push for the listing, but kept just being there until the time came when I needed him. I felt that he worked very hard to get me the best price. When the house sold, he didn't just drop me. He keeps in touch with newsletters and other information. I was very surprised to get the documents I needed for my taxes without even asking. I highly recommend Dan. As I said, he restored my faith in the real estate profession.

Dan explained to us in December that the inventory was low and we should list now and not wait. After presenting the backup market study, we decided to list in January. He never tried to sell us house rather for each and ever property we visited he explained us the pros and cons and let us decide.
