Mr. Bell did an amazing job! From the very beginning, he went above and beyond to make the sale of my house as smooth as possible. He did a fantastic job at coordinating contractors for the repairs that needed to be done, which made the whole process so much easier for me. He was always available whenever I had questions, he answered every phone call and kept me updated every step of the way. His attention to detail and dedication really stood out, and thanks to his hard work, we were able to get an offer on the house within the first week of listing. On top of that, the team he worked with was fantastic too. Everyone was professional and efficient, which made the experience even better. I could not be happier with how everything turned out. 10 out of 10 would recommend him to anyone!

It has been a long time since I had purchased a home. Andre was knowledgeable and experienced but above all patient with my numerous questions. Andre is very familiar with the Richmond area and was able to offer valuable insight on various areas. He was in contact daily with phone calls text or emails sharing, possible homes for sale with me. Andre is a calm, realtor but ready to pull the trigger and be aggressive when its required. If you were looking for a home, I would highly suggest that you take a minute and talk to Andre before you pick a realtor!
