ZillowVERIFIED Dagmar was beyond amazing! There is NO DOUBT, without her experience, knowledge, planning and professionalism, we would not have had the success we did selling our home. She was with us every step of the way - and went so far above & beyond what we ever imagined. She guided us very early in the selling process and the advice and expertise was the reason we were able to maximize the selling price and glide through the closing so easily. It was the work, time and effort she put in throughout the process, starting on day 1, that was so impressive and appreciated. She was ALWAYS there - proactively reaching out to check on things, offer insight and answer questions. Bottom line....if you are looking to sell a home and you want a representative that knows this business, understands the market and TRULY CARES..... select Dagmar! We started our process early - and even though she knew how long it was going to be before we went on the market, she was fully committed and definitely put us first. And then, she delivered results. A simply outstanding experience from start to finish! THANKS Dagmar!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Dagmar was amazing to work with! From the very first time we met with her, she was working on our behalf to get our townhouse ready to put on the market. We were listed within a couple of weeks and she had it sold on the first day! The process to closing was smooth and Dagmar made sure to keep us up to date on everything. She constantly followed up with the other agent, the lender, and kept us in the know the entire time. I've bought and sold several homes and this was, by far, the smoothest it has ever gone no doubt due to Dagmar's expertise and responsiveness. I highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling!

Even when the seller was not being easy to work with Dagmar made sure we were getting what we wanted. She was always checking in on us and making sure we knew what was happening. The houses she had on our portal were within our search bounds and she never pushed anything we didn't want like other agents might do. ZillowVERIFIED Dagmar did an amazing job from the very beginning! My husband and I didnt get the chance to meet with her for coffee at the first meet and greet which I wish we could have! We met her at the first house that we wanted to see and continued to look at 2 more houses that same day. After choosing our home, Dagmar was very proficient, professional, understanding and knowledgeable during the entire process! She communicated with us at reasonable times and was able to get back to us if she wasnt able to answer a question on the spot. We highly trust her and hope she is around for the future! Thanks Dagmar for everything!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Dagmar has been a pleasure to work with over the last year plus. She has represented our family in 4 transactions in that time. She was able to quickly sell 2 of our homes and she represented us in the purchase of two. She is very responsive whenever we would call or text with a question. She worked with all of the necessary service companies involved in the process-home inspector, etc. Her network of service companies came in very handy. She keeps all of the logistical items on track throughout the process. I would highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Dagmar did an incredible job in assisting on finding me a home. I told her what I was looking for in a home and she went the extra mile to make sure I didnt settle for less. When it was time to close there was a Septic problem and instead of her trying to just bypass the problem to get the sell, she made sure the problem was fixed first. I would definitely use her assistance again or recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED We happened to meet Dagmar when we were visiting open houses just to see what was out there and good thing we did because as young first time home buyers we had no idea what we were doing! Dagmar was very patient with us and walked us through every step with kindness. She taught us so much but never made us feel badly for not understanding. We were very lucky to find someone with such commitment and knowledge for this process! We were on a time crunch as we needed to find a house before I started a new job in the area, but Dagmar made it happen! We've been in our new home for 4 months now and we couldn't be happier!

ZillowVERIFIED Dagmar was professional, patient and diligent as she guided us through the process of buying our first home. What I appreciate the most about Dagmar as a person and as realtor is her dedication to being honest and straightforward. Whenever we asked for her opinion, she gave it. When we found our home, we were in a multiple offer situation. Dagmars experience and tenacity enabled us to buy the home we loved at a price that was competitive enough to win us the house, but didnt exceed the value of the home. I always felt she was looking out for our best interests and I truly believe we wouldnt be in our home that we love without her. Id highly recommend Dagmar to anyone looking for a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Dagmar was a great realtor for selling our house! She paid a lot of attention to detail and was very easy to communicate with and get answers from for anything related to selling our house. This was our first time selling and we weren't sure what to expect. She gave us great suggestions for getting the house ready to sell and it was under contract the first weekend. One of the offers we got had mistakes in the contract, but she caught them and she was very detailed in telling us the pros and cons of each offer. We did a rent back for a week after closing and there were issues getting our deposit back from the buyer, but she was super helpful in getting everything fixed. We definitely recommend her! If we ever move back to the area, we would definitely use her again!

ZillowVERIFIED We took notice to the homes being sold in our neighborhood. The homes were selling very quickly by Dagmar Maticic for Belcher Real Estate. We looked into her profile and was very impressed. My fiance decided to give her a call and the switch from the first real-estate company to Belcher was easy. Dagmar was very helpful through the whole process of the home sale. She used the best photography company and had the best brochures made to promote the home. She gave us helpful tips on how to stage and upgrade the home during the selling process. She even helped us straightened out HOA matters in a tight time frame. Even when we moved away to another state she made sure the home was looked after. There is a reason why Belcher is the best. They truly care and want your business. Dagmar made sure our home got the exposure it needed to sell. She is a hard working go getter and I would recommend her to anyone having to sell their home.

ZillowVERIFIED Dagmar was definitely God sent because I was ready to give up preparing myself to either pay way to much for a tiny apartment or live out my car at someone's camp ground. I went through 3 realtors before meeting Dagmar and she was the only one that listened to what I wanted and not try to force me into places that they (the other realtors) wanted. She helped me through a rough and dark time in my life and I don't really think I can thank her enough. Dagmar is the best, if you want someone that will have you best interests and keep it 100 with you, you will not find anyone better than Dagmar.

ZillowVERIFIED Dagmar is very knowledgeable, goes above and beyond what's expected, and always has your best interests in mind. Our HOA cited us for our shed because it wasn't approved by the architectural board and we didn't have time to deal with the HOA because we were trying to finish remodeling our house. Dagmar filled out the necessary forms and got our shed approved for us. The buyer's lender required substantial closing costs, but Dagmar minimized the cost by working with the buyer's agent and adjusted the selling price of our home. Excellent communication with adhoc calls when something needed immediate attention and weekly touchpoint calls. Highly recommended!

ZillowVERIFIED Dagmar is the consummate professional. She was quick to contact us when we reached out to her. She was direct, kept in contact with us throughout the sale process; contacting us weekly to discuss any developments and answer questions, if we had any. Our listing and sale process went smoothly and very well as we had an outstanding, cared for home and Dagmar gave us valuable insight and her real estate team (photographer, etc) were excellent. Our home sold in 4 days, had multiple, good offers, and the closing went well.

ZillowVERIFIED Thanks to Dagmar, our house had multiple offers within hours of being shown to prospective buyers and we sold it and moved out in four weeks. Throughout the whole process, Dagmar was professional, courteous, realistic about the market, and kept us up to date with everything, ensuring a smooth close for us. I felt very confident in her experience and she proved over and over that she was an expert! She guided us with her knowledge but was never aggressive and was always willing to listen to our ideas. She was available at all times - even on her vacation - and we always knew what was going on with the sale. I would recommend her above everyone else. You will not be disappointed!

ZillowVERIFIED We met Dagmar a couple of years ago at an open house. Since that time she kept us up-to-date on new listings. She was patient with us and always kept in touch to keep updated on our plan to purchase. When we were ready, she was ready to act. She went out of her way to schedule an appointment that same day at the house were were interested in. Her real estate knowledge and skills were exemplary; she used her skills to secure our deal and we purchased the home we were looking for. We were extremely satisfied and would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase/sell/rent.

ZillowVERIFIED Dagmar was stellar throughout the process. She knows the market and the process hands down and knows many realtors representing buyers. Her counsel was spot on as far as listing dates, asking price, and how to stage the property for showings. Under her guidance, we got 12 offers in 3 days on a townhome and sold well above asking price. She was very organized and responsive on the run up to closing and acted in my best interests regarding a couple of buyer requests. I highly recommend Dagmar for anyone serious about selling. With her on your side, you can't go wrong!
