Daan is the co-founding salesperson of Property Collective and the leading member of the De Raedt Team - consistently ranked among the top teams in Virginia. He and his wife, Maura have helped hundreds of families buy and sell in the Northern Virginia and DC metro area since forming their team in 2012. The high level of service and value they provide their customers has helped them grow a following of raving fans and loyal past clients.

Daan approaches real estate with the work ethic and discipline of a professional athlete because he was one. Originally from Antwerp, Belgium, Daan gave up his tennis career to follow his heart and passion for real estate to Virginia in 2005. He lives in Reston with his wife Maura and their two energetic kids, Colette and Wesley. Outside of their real estate sales business, Daan and Maura flip houses, own a portfolio of residential and commercial rental properties and operate a high-end home staging company.
