We decided to make a move because we wanted to downsize and move out of state for a simpler life. When looking for a Realtor, clear, open, and prompt communication was very important to us, and Jeremy provided that from the beginning. We chose Jeremy through word of mouth. We were introduced by a coworker who had a great experience using him when buying his home. What we valued most about his service was how quickly everything moved. We wanted a fast sale, and his team did a great job analyzing comparable homes. We received multiple offers within three days of listing and sold right away. My advice to potential buyers or sellers is simple. Communicate. If you have questions, ask them. Good communication makes the whole process much smoother.
