I contacted Cyrus from out of state, planning a relocation to the area. I could tell right away that Cyrus was very client focused, really wanting to match clients with the right home instead of just making a quick sale. Not knowing a lot about the area, he helped me understand the characteristics and traffic patterns of the various areas around Seattle. When I came for my first house hunting trip, he spent the whole day with me and showed me around several areas. I eventually settled on a new construction home and Cyrus was super helpful in negotiating the contract and selecting options. Even after the contract was signed, while waiting for the home to be built, Cyrus assisted in many ways, answering questions and making visits to the home to confirm room measurements and other details to make my out of state relocation seamless. I've bought and sold many homes over the years and Cyrus is one of the best agents I've worked with - I highly recommend !

ZillowVERIFIEDI interviewed three realtors before choosing to work with Cyrus. He is professional and I felt he offered the best deal. I am happy with my choice as I had a very good experience selling my home in Tacoma. In preparing my home to sell, I had received very high bids from a local handy man for paint touch ups and to fix leaky sinks prior to listing. Cyrus's handyman completed them before my house went on the market. Cyrus also had him repaint trim I hadn't noticed was peeling and powerwashed my front stairs and walkway which gave the property a lovely facelift. The listing photos were excellent quality. My one snag in this selling process was trusting a realtor who presented a contingent offer and promised his clients were listing their house at "fire sale pricing." I accepted their offer and their house was quite slow to sell. (At the time I closed on my house the original offer folks had dropped their price 160k and still hadn't gone pending.) Luckily, I received another offer while it was contingent and that sale went through quickly. I learned a lesson to not accept a contingent offer based on a buyer's agent's word. In the future I will ask the price they plan to list and have my realtor run comps in the area to get a more accurate assessment. Regardless of this snag, I highly recommend Cyrus Bonnet to anyone looking to sell their home in the Tacoma area.

ZillowVERIFIED This is the second time my wife and I have worked with Cyrus. Our first occasion was when we bought our house in Washington back in 2013. This time, we live in North Carolina and decided to sell our house. I contacted Cyrus and to my surprise, 7 years later, he still remembered my wife and I and the property! As before, Cyrus went above and beyond expectation helping us sell the house, especially for selling out of state!We were renting our house and the selling process began with waiting for the lease to expire so the tenants could move out. Cyrus was very knowledgable and knew exactly what to do according to Washington State laws. When Cyrus conducted his initial walk through of the home for his market value assessment, he provided his notice to the tenant and coordinated with the management company. The tenant refused to let Cyrus into the home, was yelling and cursing at him, and tried telling Cyrus to "leave her property." Cyrus handled the situation with the tenant in a calm and professional manner. Eventually, Cyrus was able to defuse the situation.Cyrus was very thorough in his walk through and noted all damages incurred from the tenant and immediately called me. I was extremely thankful for Cyrus' attention to detail noting the damages. Again, Cyrus eased my mind ensuring that he would deal with the management company and ensure they hold the tenants responsible and pay for damages. Cyrus did an amazing job keeping on top of the management company. Cyrus ensured the management company was meeting timelines for tenants vacating and repairing damages to get property back to showcase condition. Once the management company handed over the keys, Cyrus already had photography scheduled and had the house on the market within days. Even through the COVID 19 pandemic restrictions, Cyrus attracted 4 offer in the first 24 hours and brought 10 offers to me after 6 days. Cyrus was very patient and explained each offer in detail so I was able to select and move forward with the best offer. The buyer was an out of state buyer and Cyrus Cyrus made the process extremely smooth and easy. In the end, we sold the house for over market value and over our asking price in a very timely manner! All credit is given to Cyrus for this accomplishment!

If you are ever questioning the kind of Realtor you want Cyrus is the way to go, his aggressiveness in this industry and market is a must, we never felt like we would get a house that wasn't to our standards. We had attempted before in another state but our realtor was very dishonest and we ended up having to back out because of issues with the title. I told Cyrus about this prior experience and how nervous I was to be attempting to buy a home again. He immediately got to work getting us houses to look at online since we werent in the local area. When we made it to Tacoma to physically look at homes, he was right there with us, showing us around, and again offering his expert assessment of homes we were looking at.
