I contacted Cyrus from out of state, planning a relocation to the area. I could tell right away that Cyrus was very client focused, really wanting to match clients with the right home instead of just making a quick sale. Not knowing a lot about the area, he helped me understand the characteristics and traffic patterns of the various areas around Seattle. When I came for my first house hunting trip, he spent the whole day with me and showed me around several areas. I eventually settled on a new construction home and Cyrus was super helpful in negotiating the contract and selecting options. Even after the contract was signed, while waiting for the home to be built, Cyrus assisted in many ways, answering questions and making visits to the home to confirm room measurements and other details to make my out of state relocation seamless. I've bought and sold many homes over the years and Cyrus is one of the best agents I've worked with - I highly recommend !

I interviewed three realtors before choosing to work with Cyrus. He is professional and I felt he offered the best deal. I am happy with my choice as I had a very good experience selling my home in Tacoma. In preparing my home to sell, I had received very high bids from a local handy man for paint touch ups and to fix leaky sinks prior to listing. Cyrus's handyman completed them before my house went on the market. Cyrus also had him repaint trim I hadn't noticed was peeling and powerwashed my front stairs and walkway which gave the property a lovely facelift. The listing photos were excellent quality. My one snag in this selling process was trusting a realtor who presented a contingent offer and promised his clients were listing their house at "fire sale pricing." I accepted their offer and their house was quite slow to sell. (At the time I closed on my house the original offer folks had dropped their price 160k and still hadn't gone pending.) Luckily, I received another offer while it was contingent and that sale went through quickly. I learned a lesson to not accept a contingent offer based on a buyer's agent's word. In the future I will ask the price they plan to list and have my realtor run comps in the area to get a more accurate assessment. Regardless of this snag, I highly recommend Cyrus Bonnet to anyone looking to sell their home in the Tacoma area.
