While we didn't find anything that season, Cynthia kept in touch with new listings through the fall and winter until we finally found our dream home in 2023. She worked hard to find us the best house that matched the majority of our criteria no matter how long it took! She was extremely knowledgable about the entire process, from offer to closing, and gave us great advice along the way. She is a real advocate for the buyer and was always going above and beyond to reach out to the various parties as a go-between for us, which was amazing because we're new parents and were very busy. Cynthia was always available for the random questions we had and very responsive with answers. When closing came, she walked us through all the numbers, and was on every call we had with the bank to talk through the loan information. During the final walkthrough, some things weren't up to her standards, so she negotiated with the builder to fix them before we agreed to close on the sale.
