Review Paul did an excellent job! We received a full price offer after only a few days thanks to Paul's expertise and advice on listing description, pictures and sales price. He was very knowledgable and easy to work with through the entire process. Examples include arranging for a local contractor to make buyer requested repairs, staying on top of things as the process proceeded, and even picking up my internet equipment after closing so that I could return it to the provider. I would definitely recommend him to others!
