He is patient, accommodating, always available, jovial, incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and hard working. We purchased our first home with Curtis when we had no idea what we were doing and he held our hands through the whole process and made it a breeze. When it was time to sell and buy something new, we of course didn't want to work with anyone else. He marketed our property flawlessly and sold the house quickly and with zero stress. I should mention that we also got top dollar for the sale price. The purchase of house number two was stress free and enjoyable as well. Did video walk throughs and once a house was picked he was there for the step by step walk through of the process. Three years later I went back to him to sell my house and even got me 10k over my asking,. The big thing is that he never left you hanging and was always quick to get back to us on any questions.

ZillowVERIFIED Curtis is absolutely hands down the best realtor you could want to help you in the home looking/buying process. Curtis helped my girlfriend and I for almost two years during this buying and selling frenzy, which ultimately led us to finding the best home that we could ask for. We were first time home buyers and had no clue what we were doing or even what to ask, but Curtis helped explain every detail and could answer all of our questions regardless of how annoying they seemed at the time. He always managed to get a time to do a walk thru same-day, knew all of the info about the houses, could easily find install dates roof/ hvac/ water heater. He even went into the crawlspace with me to check some areas, and provided great information on the small repairs needed to the house. ZillowVERIFIED Curtis was great all throughout the process. He never once asked us to sign a contract for his services, trusting his work would be enough to want to keep him as our realtor. And he was great, visiting many homes, until we found the right one, negotiating extra items in the contract on our behalf and giving us sound advice on what to offer, and whether to concede, or hold firm through negotiations. He was always quick to reply when we had questions, and had good referrals when we needed someone in particular. And most of all, he was patient with us and with the realtor in the other side, who was a real piece of work! In short we couldnt have asked for a better realtor than Curtis.

ZillowVERIFIED Never made it to the first showing. He texted and confirmed that the appointment was on, and I replied aEURoesee you thenaEUR?. Showed up at the house for the appointment, and he wasnt there. After waiting 10 minutes, I called him. He said I never confirmed (even though I did), so he wasnt even on his way. Even if I had not confirmed, I would expect a realtor to call before not showing up for an appointment.
