Since graduating from the University of Washington in 1995 I've worked as a crew member, captain and regional manager in the tourism and marine passenger industry where I learned the importance of excellent, reliable, successful customer service: qualities of service I will provide you as my client. Through living and working here I've become familiar with Juneau and many communities throughout Southeast Alaska, gaining personal and professional connections throughout the area.
