Throughout the entire process of buying our first home he was never frustrated and he was always willing to walk us through all the simple and complex parts of the process. Not only does he know the process but he also knows homes (being a landlord himself) and will never shy away from telling you when there is a problem or a different perspective. I could go on about the quality of a job he does. He just never makes you feel that it's about the money for him but rather he is fulfilled but providing a very quality service. If you want the best go with Curtis (Now with Latitude 58), I've experienced several different realtors here and down south and he is by far the best. Close family and friends (with more experience than myself) were also blown away by his attentiveness and care during the process.Just save yourself the hassle and give him a call, you'll be glad you did!

That was the easy part. The hard part was the purchase of a somewhat unconventional house which required multiple inspections, reports, and juggling timelines to keep things on track. If it weren't for Curtis, our purchase may have never happened- or it likely would have been significantly delayed. His knowledge of local structural engineers, septic engineers, and home inspectors allowed us to get everything we needed for peace of mind when purchasing our new home. Curtis was continuously available through text and phone calls and would even call to check in when there was a lull in the process. He promptly responded to questions even during the odds hours and days of the week. We could not have been happier with how everything went with Curtis on our side.

His local knowledge, paper processing and negotiating skills.... all make for a quick sale with ease. ZillowVERIFIEDI've really contemplated leaving this review due to small town friendships. The rating is well deserved. I was looking to buy my first home in Juneau using VA. I was using Veterans United and they connected me with Curtis Francis. Curtis didn't respond to any emails, phone calls or text. Veterans United was told by Curtis I wasn't interested in buying home. His lack of professional became apparent after I bought my new home with another realtor at a different agency in less than 6 months. Highly discourage anyone using VA to use this agency. Giving Remax a 1 star because of Curtis.
