Crystal Smith

Crystal has been a lifelong resident of Staunton, VA and absolutely adores it's historic charm. Crystal serves home buyers and seller in Staunton, Waynesboro, Augusta County and surrounding areas. Crystal quickly excelled and became well respected in the real estate industry. After her first year in the business she won the coveted Rookie of the Year Award presented by The Greater Augusta Association of REALTORS and the 100% Club Award presented by Gail Liniger, co-founder of RE/MAX. Crystal has worked in the real estate industry since 2006 years with a focus on property management, marketing, advertising, and now sales. Long after graduating from Riverheads High School, Crystal still considers herself a Gladiator. In her free time she enjoys Staunton's many wonderful local restaurants; attending sporting events; and learning new things. Crystal participates in fundraising and awareness for ASPCA, American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, The Valley Mission and Wounded Warrior Project. Being native to the area, Crystal is familiar with all of the neighborhoods and can put her insider knowledge to work to help you buy or sell your home.
