ZillowVERIFIED Crystal was excellent at showing us homes that we would be interested in. We visited many in one day and went back for a second and third look right around the holidays and Crystal was always kind and accommodating. Crystal answered all our questions and got us answers for some of our questions that were harder to find. Crystal's knowledge of the lake is outstanding. We would highly recommend Crystal and will be happy to give her a reference.

ZillowVERIFIED Crystal and Anthony are fantastic to work with, they both welcome their clients like family. We had the privilege of working within their strong referral network as well which was very supportive as we are new to the area. Crystal was always very responsive to my emails and phone calls. We look forward to a lasting relationship with them even after the purchase.

ZillowVERIFIED Crystal is the epitome of a go getter. No matter time of day she was available to answer any and all my questions and was extremely motivated to find us the perfect home. Crystal really listened to what we wanted and was attentive to our needs. We were under an extremely tight schedule to find a home and settle due to extenuating circumstances and in less than 24 hours she had a schedule is to see 5+ houses and was willing to go see others if need be. We , at no point felt rushed or pressured. I honestly can't speak highly enough of her. In addition to being superb at her job she has such a wonderful personality and such a positive energy you can't help but like her!!

ZillowVERIFIED It was a great pleasure working with Crystal and her husband Anthony trying to build our dream home in Lake Anna. They were very responsive and helpful the whole way through the process. They were both very patient and kind to us, but don't get me wrong, they were able to advocate strongly for us and deal with the sellers to get us the best price possible. They were very sensitive to our budget, and we never felt pressure in any way. What was most impressive was when our first deal fell through for unforeseen reasons, they quickly turned to us and worked even harder to make the perfect lemonade from some pretty sour lemons.

ZillowVERIFIED Crystal was a fantastic agent for selling our newly remodeled waterfront home on Lake Anna. She is very knowledgeable about the lake and surrounding communities, which helped her successfully place the right buyer into the right house. Crystal helped facilitate the sale from start to finish, including lining up the companies needed to take care of the home inspection items.

We went through the house and she had a very positive reaction to the home. She knew what was near the house example stores, cities. She always kept in touch with me when showing a house. Very impressive.

ZillowVERIFIED Our experience with Crystal Carter and The Carter Team was nothing short of amazing and God sent! I do not believe in chance or luck and so when I completed the form on Zillow to have a realtor call me about a few homes, I knew the right realtor would become ours. Little did I know how fantastic Crystal and Anthony Carter would be! They were so accommodating in showing us 5 houses on a Friday morning/afternoon. They then drove us all around the Lake Anna area to show us the different parts of the lake and types of homes so that we could be fully informed and make wise choices. We pretty much settled on a home that very day. We came down again one week later to make sure...again they were extremely accommodating to us! Then once more when we came for the home inspection. In between, they took our phone calls, texts and emails at all times (sometimes after 9 pm) and did so professionally, graciously and pleasantly! We settled on our dream lake home on April 26 with Crystal by our side! Crystal and Anthony actually became very sweet friends to us during the 30 day process! We look forward to spending time with them around our outdoor fireplace! I would recommend Crystal Carter without any hesitation at all! Thank you Crystal and Anthony!!

ZillowVERIFIED Crystal is a awesome realtor. We live in Georgia but finding a home in Virginia, negotiating the price, and going through the buying process was easy. She was always available to answer questions and she got things done for us. I had two previous experiences with realtors that were awful and I was anxious but Crystal was fantastic. Crystal is the consummate professional you can trust and I highly recommend her to anybody for their real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED She was friendly and willing to show us many homes until we found the right one. She works with her husband, Anthony who went above and beyond to help us out due to a very difficult seller. Even showing up after the sell was complete to remove the sellers mountain of junk left in the house and garage. He was always helpful, and communicative answering all of our questions and concerns almost immediately.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Crystal was great! We started off with her sending us homes online that we were interested in seeing. Once we had a list of about 7 or 8 homes we made our first trip out to meet her. She has an excellent knowledge of the Lake Anna region. She showed us many homes all around the lake to help us find the perfect one for us. She made sure we took our time never once rushed us and always found time for us to see homes or even return for a second look at some. We had to make a few trips to Lake Anna from Alexandria, VA but she was always very accommodating to our availability to come out to show us properties at the lake. She was very responsive to emails and made sure all the details of the sale went smooth. We made three trips and then we found two homes that we thought fit what we wanted in a lake home. The one we liked the most was the one we got! No hesitation at all in recommending her, she is an excellent sales agent. We love the home she help us purchase and we enjoy when we run into her around town.
