Cruz came to our home and let us know what we needed to do to get started and we did. After many weekends/months of heading to the mountain looking for the right spot for what we had and wanted was no easy chore but Cruz was there every step of the way. We found our home on the mountain, in Ashford and we couldn't be happier. Cruz sold our home in the city quickly and we purchased the new home with ease and started the new year on the mountain. His knowledge is very well noted due to the fact that this was our first home and we were extremely nervous at such a big investment. His flexibility with scheduling and motivating us to keep going is wonderful. I applaud him at having patiences with us in such a critical time when we needed to move out of our apartment (Rent increase) to buying our first home. ZillowVERIFIED Cruz helped me find a condo to buy and rent to my daughter who was moving home. Location was critical. Cruz updated me daily on new listings via e mail that met my needs. He toured me through any properties I wanted to see. The condo I chose was a short sale and it took a lot of time working with the bank, loan application, and HOA. Cruz made many trips getting signatures etc so the deal could be completed. I was able to buy the condo and get occupancy in time for my daughters move. I would recommend Cruz to anyone looking for property in the south sound area.
