From living and working in the local community we know many realtors, and we knew Cristina was the right person for the job. Cristinas advertisements along with her support of local events in the community and schools is fantastic. Her social media presence is great and it is obvious that she cares about her work, as well as the greater community. She has a great track record and tons of experience. Cristina worked with us to not just set a fair, reasonable price, but also to advise us throughout the entire process. The house needed a lot of work to be ready for sale. She helped us set a realistic timeline and gave great advice on effectively disposing of the contents of the house. As we processed through tag sales, donations, bulk pickups, etc., she was there advising and encouraging us. Within a few days of listing, we had a half dozen offers. Cristina reviewed the pros and cons of each offer with us and together we quickly made a decision. After going back and forth a bit, the deal was set. From listing to closing the entire process took about two months. This was a time-consuming, sometimes emotional event. She was amazed at the way that our home was presented, all of the work that we had done prior(big selling points).. She was extremely patient and didnt move on in her explanation until we were sure that we understood the process. Any questions that we may have had she encouraged us to write them down and email or text her. Her and her team came up with a great price. The first weekend we arranged for an open house we had multiple offers ABOVE asking price. That Monday we had a meeting with Cristina and accepted the best offer.
