Cristie! Sorry this took so long! Where can I post this and do you want me to edit anything out Cristie was phenomenal! She went above and over the duties of a realtor to help us find the perfect house with a beautiful water view. She provided valuable information on the house building process back when we were considering building along with all of our other real estate/VA related questions. She was so patient with us over the two year period browsing period we took. When our back up offer went through unexpectedly while my husband was deployed she helped connect me with some short term tenants and has provided valuable references from loan officers, handymen and the like. She also provides real estate photography and has helped us in this regard as well. Thorough, professional, kind, knowledgeable(especially with military related!) and connected - We recommend her wholeheartedly!

We cannot say enough about how wonderful our experience was with Cristie! We were purchasing our home from someone who had rented it to us for 8 years. Unfortunately he was not a pleasant person and made things so difficult. We know for sure, that had Cristie not been our realtor, there is is no way the purchase of our home would have gone through. Cristie Arnold knows what's she's doing in the Oak Harbor real estate world. We met Cristie in the spring of 2023, our home went on the market in July and sold in October 2023. All good! A good friend recommended Cristie. Our friend trusted Cristie, her character, energy, and attention to detail. Her energy and attention to detail qualities were evident on first meeting, a kitchen table style meeting and walk around our place over 2-3 hours. Her character surfaced early on and was affirmed throughout and to the end of closing. Cristie completed any necessary paperwork, always consulting us along the way by sending us copies via email or text, and using docu-sign to achieve any task that required our signatures. Cristie is a good communicator, calling, texting, or emailing whenever warranted. Her communications skills were defined by asking questions, answering our many questions, and advising us on issues while not telling us what to do and when to do it. In a slow market, a higher-than-average priced home with acreage and several outbuildings, and with no other property to compare ours with, Cristie suggested we list as having a place ready for a family to experience a life style change, rather than just a home. She coordinated the photo shoot that would include ariel views and did a fun write-up. We moved to the east coast before the house went on the market. As an older couple, we needed help with the final cleaning up and a couple of small touch-up jobs. With our permission, Cristie brought in the appropriate people and the work got done as promised. We paid those bills as part of our closing, a very reasonable bill and one we were happy to pay. Cristie is an involved realtor. If she says she'll sell your home, she will. We highly recommend Cristie Arnold!
