They asked relevant and meaningful questions to help narrow the search. Review I just have to say that the "Cristen and Stacey" team is AMAZING!! We came to Portland after planning the move from the east coast for over 2 years. Once we got here we worked with another agent and decided they weren't a good fit. We just happened to be renting a house a few blocks from Cristen, without even knowing. She had a listing on Sherman and there were people lined up the first day on the market to see it. My wife and I looked at each other and said, "We should give Cristen a call as she looks to be doing something right!" We phoned and she immediately phoned back to set up an in-person meeting. We knew immediately that we would work with her and her team to find our Portland dream home! This home buying process started in June of 2019. We met Stacey in August and knew that she would be the one to find us our dream home. OMG, I honestly can't say enough wonderful things about Stacey! She has amazing energy, is always positive, listened to everything we liked and didn't like, is very responsive, knows the city (the good and not so good), knows how to talk you through the offer process, and is just an all-around amazing person!! Anytime we saw a home that intrigued us Stacey would say, "let's go look!". We must have seen 20-30-40 homes? Stacey never lost hope for us, even after losing out on 3 other offers we extended, it must be a Portland right of passage?! She kept saying, "Your dream home is out there and we will find it. I want you to LOVE your home and not compromise!" That mantra was what kept us going!Fast forward to March 2020, Stacey found us our DREAM Portland home!! She has been amazing throughout this entire process! She advised us to come in at a price point that made sense and was spot on with our offer! She knows what it takes to win in this crazy Portland market where multiple offers are the norm. She will get creative where she needs to and be conservative if that is also what is needed (which saved us tens of thousands of dollars!!). Cristen and her team came in and made a list of what needed to be done, asked for a set of keys and that was the last thing we had to do. Yard work, staging, sewer work, and everything else was taken care of but Cristen, we didn't have to worry about anything. Cristen even helped one of our next door neighbor find a service provider for a project, seriously amazing. The whole process fr0m our 1st meeting to the selling the house took less than a month.
