With 24+ years of experience in Metro Atlanta real estate and more than 2,000 homes sold throughout her career, Courtney Newton brings extensive market knowledge, proven experience, and a client first approach to every transaction.

As Broker/Owner of Courtney Newton & Associates and a founding partner of The Rezerve, Courtney works with buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Metro Atlanta. Her experience spans residential and luxury real estate, buyer and seller representation, investment properties, relocation, short sales, and complex transactions.

Courtney has also been a longtime leader in the Atlanta real estate community, serving as President of the Cobb Association of REALTORSA(R) in 2014 and earning recognition among the Top 100 Most Influential People in Real Estate by the Atlanta Business Chronicle and Marietta Daily Journal. She holds an MBA from the Michael J. Coles College of Business at Kennesaw State University and is an active real estate investor herself.
