ZillowVERIFIEDIts been a wonderful experience working with Corinne and Joe. They accommodated our schedule in viewing numerous homes, even all our last minute requests! The buyers checklist she gave us detailed everything we needed to do prior to closing and believe me , it was a godsend! Smoothest closing we have ever had....thank you Corinne!

ZillowVERIFIED Corinne and her son Joe were instrumental in finding the perfect retirement dream home at the Jersey Shore for Tom and I. Coming from 2 different states and 2 separate households it was challenging to find a home that both fit our needs, square footage and income. We made multiple offers and were outbid. Corinne and Joe knew what were we looking for in a home and found a home that we would not have even considered until we saw it and fell in love with it. Corinne and Joe were with us with every step in the process and were extremely patient, accessible and supportive. Corinne was available any time during the day for questions/concerns. She is very knowledgeable with the seller/buyer's market and gave us reliable information in regards to pricing and negotiations etc. Even after settlement Corinne made herself available with if we had any questions in regards to resources in the area. I was unable to attend settlement on the sale of my home due to inclement weather and needed the paperwork witnessed and signed by a Notary. I contacted Corinne to see if she knew of a Notary and found out she was one! She came to the rescue and drove over to our house in the icy cold weather and notarized my documents! She really cares about her customers and I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home. I would feel comfortable reaching out to her anytime.

ZillowVERIFIED Corinne is very knowledgeable with many certifications. The pictures were tasteful and the drone video of our home was outstanding and exciting. She helped us stage the home, and we sold our home in 1 week. She is easy to work with, like a friend, and did a great job. I would definitely recommend Corinne.

ZillowVERIFIED Corinne didn't do a good job for us....she did a PHENOMENAL job. From the first inquiry we made as my wife and I began our search for a new home, Corinne was the first realtor to immediately follow up, quickly begin setting up times for us to house hunt, gave us excellent advice in terms of preparing our home to be listed, and the list goes on. Corinne is a true professional and sure did a terrific job in catering to our needs, and making sure that above all we were happy. And I do have to give a special shout to Joe who works with Corinne, courteous, professional, and prompt, all of which we greatly appreciated! Thank you again for your hard work and dedication!

ZillowVERIFIED Corinne was great to work with, she understood our criteria and budget and knew when to take a risk by showing us the home we purchased. Her local knowledge helped tremendously to complete the purchase process from a distance. She is well organized and managed the timeline which helped us focus on what we needed to do. Corrine is all about clients first, not commission first. We'd recommend Corrine to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Our first exposure to Corinne was actually her son Joe. What a great mother/son team. We probably exhausted him looking for our ideal shore home. After many visits, he found the right one for us. He was so patient and so friendly, as if a long time acquaintance. When he found us the home we wanted, he passed the baton on to Corinne. When the initial mortgage company and title company (assigned by the bank) would not give us a loan because of a tidelands exception, my wife and I were beyond disappointment; we were crushed. We pursued other mortgage companies and nobody would touch the property. Title companies were not willing to take the risk.Corinne knew our disappointment and took it upon herself to find a mortgage broker she dealt with, who ultimately found a title company that gave us the mortgage with the exception. Corinne kept us apprised of each aspect of the long process in finalizing the loan.Personally, what sealed how kind and caring she was, was that Corinne took the time away from her family, on Christmas Eve night, so that we could share the news of the pending purchase with our children. It was a wonderful Christmas gift that she facilitated. That was huge. I'm sure not many people would go that extra mile, especially on a holiday.Corinne and Joe made a long, sometimes disappointing process, manageable. They were great.

ZillowVERIFIED Corinne and Joseph were very helpful in my purchase of a home in Little Egg Harbor in South Jersey. Joseph was able to show me some homes on short notice as I lived in New York City and could only come to see houses on the weekend. Corinne helped me negotiate with the seller and gave me useful recommendations for the home inspector, real estate lawyer, and local lender after going into contract. Even after shopping around for these services myself, I felt most comfortable with the people she recommended. This was my first time buying a home, and I really appreciate their guidance.

ZillowVERIFIED We have been involved with Corinne for approximately 3 years since our house in North Jersey was on the market for an extended period of time. We contacted her on numerous occasions to assist us in locating properties in Ocean county and she was always available and extremely helpful during the entire process. Corinne knew the area very well and concentrated on locating properties within our stated price range. She was very customer focused and made this a very smooth transaction. Since we had not purchased a home in over 30 years we relied on her expertise to successfully guide us through the purchase. We both were extremely impressed with Corinne's level of professionalism and would highly recommend her to our friends and relatives.

ZillowVERIFIED Met once with Corinne while cleaning out my Aunt's house in August then returned home to Massachusetts. Seveal months later I called her and said we were ready to sell. She assisted in helping us price the house then went on the market in late October. In early November had two offers and closed fist week of December. She lined up services to get the house ready for final sale, worked with my NJ laywer, updated the safety equipment in the house in preparation of the certificate of occupancy, even scheduled the inspection. She made it all happen! As I approached this sale I expected that I would need to make several trips to NJ (7 hour drive each way) to get things in order all the while trying to care for my Aunt. Corinne took care of everything for me via many phone calls and emails ... didn't need to make any trips. Huge time savings for me. She went above and beyond ... start to finish in a little over 6 weeks ...outstanding !Highly recommend P. Gentile

ZillowVERIFIED Corrine is very easy to work with. She knows the area and at what price your house will sell. It's not necessarily the number you want to hear, but if you want to sell it might be the number you need. Her pictures, especially the drone flyovers are fantastic! They definitely grab your attention when browsing the web. Corinne always quickly returned phone calls.

ZillowVERIFIED Our experience with Corinne was excellent. We provided her with some basic information of what we were looking for and in what price range. She found us a home very quickly. She guided us through every step of the process from negotiating to inspection to settlement. Our process ran very smoothly and because of her organization skills and knowledge it took very little of our time to find a home and agree to a contract, and lastly get through settlement. We could not have chosen a better person to represent us with this purchase.
