ZillowVERIFIEDConnie is the realtor who takes selling your property seriously making every effort to eliminate the stress, fears and concerns a seller may have. She is kind, considerate, available and conscientious about making the best possible earnings from the sale. Her instincts and knowledge about the industry is to be admired. She is accomplished and I was able to place 100% trust in her ability to quickly close on my property handling the paperwork, negiotations and associated legwork for a successful outcome. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trust-worthy, dependable, honorable real estate professional.

ZillowVERIFIED Ms. Connie Zullo is truly a high-caliber professional, her knowledge of the local market and negotiating skills are impeccable. I started my home buying process while deployed overseas in Afghanistan and needed someone I could really depend on. Working with Connie was a pleasure, she kept me informed every step of the way from searching listings to making an offer. Connie was always available to take my calls and responded to e-mails in a timely matter. Any questions that I had were answered to my satisfaction, and she went above and beyond without hesitation to travel to properties I had an interest in to take additional photographs when needed. ZillowVERIFIED We moved here from out of state without any idea of where we should look or how much we should spend on a home. Connie showed us different properties all over the area and gave us excellent advice about home values and great places to look. We changed our search parameters a couple of times and she worked overtime to be flexible and responsive to all our requests. She happily showed us as many houses as we could visit. With her help, we found our dream home and then she was instrumental in helping us find financing. What a great first introduction to Georgia.

ZillowVERIFIED Conscientious. Diligent. Meticulous. Attentive. Punctilious. Sedulous. Thorough. Assiduous. Simply...absolutely amazing! Connie provided real estate expertise which other agents can only hope to possess. After having our home on the market for over two years with other agents, we chose Connie. Her optimism and strategic maketing and selling plan customized specifically for us confirmed we definitely had found the quintessential person to finally do the job right. Customer service? Connie was always there if we needed her. She also kept us informed regularly on how things were progressing. We could not believe her proficiency and attention to every detail. In short.....if you want to sell your home and want to hire an attentive agent who will aggressively market and sell your home, Connie Zullo is without a doubt your only choice. She does what others only aspire to achieve.
