ZillowVERIFIED I sold my home as part of relocating to a different state for work. I interviewed three different realtors from three different agencies. I decided to choose Connie from Ansley for the following reasons: 1) Ansley real estate is local and had been selling a lot in my neighborhood, which suggested they knew the area well and had a good network. 2) Connie was very professional, well informed and didnt oversell by telling me what I wanted to hear. She demonstrated knowledge of the market and offered advice. 3) Agreeing on a sales price is a key part of selling your property. Unlike other agents, who were encouraging me to market lower (despite market being at all time high), Connie was willing to take on the challenge of marketing at the higher end. Knowing that a $10,000 sales price difference is $9,700 to me but only $600 to the realtors, this told me Connie puts her clients needs before hers! 4) I liked the marketing strategy they offered. It was personal and different which made it feel like her agency thinks out of the box. Granted it was an unprecedented sellers market, I sold my place w/in 10 days and received 5 different offers, four of them above asking price which Connie astutely played to my advantage. The only offer below asking was close and all cash. Overall, the result of this experience was outstanding. Finally, last but not least, Connies staff was exceedingly helpful. Lisa, their office manager, took 1 hour out of a busy day to serve as a notary and help me navigate through lengthy relocation documents my company wanted me to fill out. She didnt have to do that, but she did it anyway and she did it with a smile. Overall, I had a very positive experience and recommend Connie and her agency.

She's open, honest, and direct-just how I like people to be. She gave us sound advice and guided us not only through the listing process but also guided us in what direction we should go with renovations to prepare our home for sale. The photos and 3D floorplan they did for our home were the best in the market. Truly. Connie was extremely patient and responsive to our many questions over the four-month period we worked with her. (It didn't take that long to sell the house, we had many weeks of renovations included in that time frame) Once the house was on the market, Connie sold our home within two months of listing-and that was during the height of COVID AND our home was very unique and difficult to find comps! Truly astounding work on Connie's part. We were thoroughly impressed. I promise you that if you want to sell your home quickly and for top dollar, Connie is the one to work with.
